Cancellation and Payment Policy
Pay-Per-Service

Payment is due at the time the service is completed.

Before-and-after photos will be provided, along with a notification once your service has been rendered.

If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 1–2 hours’ notice.
Seasonal & Monthly Contracts

Clients receive a written contract outlining both client and 2Bros responsibilities and expectations.

Payments are due up to 7 days before the start of each month. Once payment is received, services will be carried out as scheduled.

If payment has not been received by the 1st of the month, services will be paused until payment is made.

A reminder will be sent, but if payment is still outstanding after 7 days, the contract will be considered void.
