Cancellation and Payment Policy

Pay-Per-Service

  • Payment is due at the time the service is completed.

  • Before-and-after photos will be provided, along with a notification once your service has been rendered.

  • If you need to cancel, we kindly ask for at least 1–2 hours’ notice.

Seasonal & Monthly Contracts

  • Clients receive a written contract outlining both client and 2Bros responsibilities and expectations.

  • Payments are due up to 7 days before the start of each month. Once payment is received, services will be carried out as scheduled.

  • If payment has not been received by the 1st of the month, services will be paused until payment is made.

  • A reminder will be sent, but if payment is still outstanding after 7 days, the contract will be considered void.
